Designed with quality and a pleasing design, South Bay Suites is located in the Historic District of Fairhaven in Bellingham.  Constructed in 2015, it is home for those who live in its 11 nicely-appointed one-, two- and three-bedroom residential living suites.  All units have individually controlled heating and cooling. An elevator services all five levels including parking and storage locker access on the lower level.

Expansive windows deliver amazing light to residential and executive office suites offering views of Fairhaven Village Green and South Bay Trail to the East and broad views of Fairhaven Harbor to the West.

SECOND FLOOR LEVEL is comprised of 22 individual suites ranging in size from 110 to 440 square feet and are host to an array of specialties including economists, lawyers, financial planners, designers and artists, therapists, events planning services and internet sales. 

Several people work and live in the building and quip that they may never have to leave the building now that we have a great source for coffee and juices too.

South Bay Suites anchors the Fairhaven entrance of Bellingham’s South Bay Trail that is enjoyed every year by over 250,000 unique walkers, cyclers and runners.  Our project has successfully delivered improved access, safety and sustainable plantings to this area of the trail.

While building a new building was a new venture for us, we have managed apartments and commercial property since we were struggling college students.  Our goal was to complete an attractive “sister” property to our Fairhaven Village Inn next door and offer new places for people to live and work in the vibrant Historic District of Fairhaven.
